Very cosy, comfortable timber house "Fjellkos", 367 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, built in 1989, renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees. In the centre of Eikerapen 11 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 45 km from the centre of Evje, 78 km from the centre of Mandal, 2 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 370 m2. Terrace (45 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 700 m, railway station "Snartemo" 43 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 85 m, sandy beach 2 km (small), bathing lake "storevatnet" 2.5 km, lake Øre 2.5 km.
"Fjellkos", 4-room house 73 m2. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, shower/WC, satellite TV and electric heating. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (steep stair) sleeping alcove with sloping ceilings with 4 beds (75 cm, length 200 cm). Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free).
