Holiday apartment with pool and terrace

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1700, was renovated in 2008, and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Location
Asciano. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Beautiful view of the landscape from the terrace. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 10 m). Parking on the property. Access from the yard.


Special
Cot, high chair, and washing machine. TV reception is via antenna.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, 8 m x 20 m, 1.60 m deep). Children's pool (6 m x 5 m, 1.40 m deep). Entry to the swimming pool is mandatory with a swim cap! Fenced pool.


Dogs
allowed, EUR 35.00/pet per stay.

Relaxing countryside stay in Tuscany

Property manager “Il Casolare” Cristina was very easy to reach and accommodating. You definitely need a car as the unit is in a remote setting outside Asciano city proper. Rustic setting, beautiful property but not luxurious. Accommodations are minimal but typical . We did have some flooding due to heavy rains. Also they charge for bed linens and bath towels extra which is odd coming from the USA. Bathroom upstairs needs an enclosure (shower curtains at a minimum).
