Das Grundstück ist wahnsinnig gepflegt und das Haus eines der schönsten in der Umgebung. Auch der Blick auf die Berge ist einfach nur schön. Die Ausstattung war genau wie beschrieben und alles sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Simona war unkompliziert und sie hat uns mit vielen Empfehlungen und sogar einer Restaurantreservierung unterstützt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This property was exactly what we were after.It was in a quiet location, with peace and quiet, with easy access to the beaches (car needed which is what we always do).The pool and gardens were well maintained and with great privacy.The host Simona was extremely helpful and wrnt above and beyond to ensure we were familiar with local amenities and even helonus regarding dietary requirements for our children of her own volition.Very happy with our stay and would rebook without doubt.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stay in Arzachena

The outdoor space here is a major highlight including the pool area. Very responsive host and a lovely area. Second stay for us.The beds and couches are old and tired, and are not very comfortable, but they do the job. The pillows are flat, but the host did bring extras when requested. The towels also smelled like mildew, so we bought beach towels from the shop. There are no extra sheets or towels in the house for some reason. The cookware needs upgrading - the knives struggle to cut fruit. Overall, a little investment in the furnishings, linens, and cookware could make the house significantly more comfortable. That said, it still has a rustic charm and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay in idyllic villa

We had a wonderful time in Simona’s villa, and would highly recommend it! The pool is a real highlight, and is the perfect temperature. The rooms are all a really good size, and very comfortable. There is a large living room, the kitchen is a good size for all our needs, and two fridges were a real blessing. It had air con, enough TV to keep the kids inside for an hour at the hottest part of the day, and the garden was pretty. As for location, brilliant - 10 mins to Palau and its many attractions, 6 mins to a supermarket, 20-25 mins to Baja/Porto Cervo. The communication with the host was wonderful- consistent, friendly, detailed. The only thing to know is that (currently) there is no hand soap, salt/pepper/olive oil etc at the property, and those little touches might be really helpful for other guests in the future- hopefully that is an improvement which can be made. But, overall, this was a superb experience, and we would happily return!

Extremely clean house and superbly maintained garden. The pool is the same depth across the entire pool which is great for children. We loved our time in the house and the air conditioning helps in very hot weather.

Quiet property in good location.Helpful landlord who dealt with problems. Very heavy sliding steel gate which needed to be opened and closed when arriving and departing. Entrance road extremely poor and felt you may damage the underside of your car at any time.Good size property with usual facilities and great pool and view.

The house was spotlessly clean and really well equipped and in a beautiful setting. We had an amazing stay 10/10 Close to many beaches and towns, as well as some great agritourism for some lovely food. Simona was very responsive and really helpful :-)

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région. La maison est superbe, propre, avec tout le confort pour se sentir comme chez soi. La piscine est très grande et la température de l'eau agréable pour de bons moments en famille. Le jardin bien entretenu et fleuri avec une belle vue sur les collines. L'hôte a bien pris soin de nous également et toujours disponible. Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Beautiful place, lovely host

We were made to feel welcome even before the start of our stay. Simona is an amazing host. Communication was clear and simple. The house is spacious and comfortable. Absolutely spotless and very well maintained. The beautiful location and surroundings add to charm of the house. The greenry outside, the pool, the surrounding mountains give you a sense of serenity. Simona was always very responsive and helpful even regarding questions unrelated to the property. She genuinely cares about giving her guests the best experience. We were able to explore many stunning beaches and supermarkets weren't too far from the place. We would love to go back one day.

Stunning villa and lovely owner.

The villa is stunning with wonderful views and perfect positioning. Simona, was very communicative and helpful, dealing with any issues and requests quickly. Also offering very helpful information regarding things to do and places to visit in the area. We had such a lovely and relaxing week.

Casa en plena naturaleza

Hemos estado una semana en la casa de Simona y Franco, son unos anfitriones increíbles. Todo tipo de detalles de bienvenida y ellos muy serviciales. La casa muy limpia y ordenada cuando llegamos. 1 week stay

Great communication between myself and Simona meant everything was smooth running. The villa is nice and clean and spacious. Its in the hills with 3 or 4 other properties within sight but with plenty of distance between them. It was well equipped with a lovely pool and space in a car port for our car. We found the beds hard but it could be that we just like much softer beds in the UK (!) as the beds in the hotel we stayed in the previous week in Sardinia, we also found hard! The pool sun loungers might benefit from some padded cushions. All in all, a great week - a really lovely property and well worth a visit.

Relaxing stay in a nice place

The villa is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and there is plenty of space where you can spend time together. The pool is large and refreshing. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to others.
