The residence, surrounded by fragrant oleanders, is built on a hill amid the Mediterranean maquis and offers a true oasis of peace and well-being. It has 2 swimming pools and is only 350 m from the beach of Liscia di Vacca. Bars, restaurants, a tobacconist and a market are about 1.5 km away, so the use of a car is recommended. The port and airport of Olbia are about 26 km away and, for golf enthusiasts, the Pevero Golf Club is only 5 km away. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
