The property is nice and cozy. Definitely they need to improved the wifi, the hot water and the electricity as it wasn't consistent.

I booked and paid for 7 rooms. When our family arrived they only had 2 rooms. The manager argued with me over the phone for 10 minutes and refused to give a refund. There was no follow up or apology

Clean but poor service

Nicely kept facility. We stayed in the 3 bedroom family house which was lovely with plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen. Downsides: they were not prepared for our arrival, we had to wait for our room to be ready even though we arrived well after check-in time...they stated breakfast started at 7am but at 7:30 we were still waiting for them to get started cooking which made us late for an appointment...and there was broken glass out on the patio which our daughter cut her hand on.

A Hidden Gem in Arusha

Lodge Tellamande is an Oasis in Arusha. The garden, restaurant, decor and service are exceptional. The staff is young, professional and go above and beyond in their service and friendliness. Highly recommend!
