Arundel Mills ホテル

「This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. I placed a towel on the floor and when I returned from the casino it was soaked. Water rises from in between the wood panel floors. This is with or without taking a shower. 「The hotel exceeded our expectations! Modern and very clean. My only issue was with the bathroom sink faucet. They put a sprinklers head on the faucet like you see in some public restrooms to conserve water. Not ideal for a bathroom sink. No other complaints…Nice stay!」

「ボルティモア空港近くのホテルで、早朝便のために前泊しました。滞在時間が短かったですが、部屋やバスルームは広く、シンプルながら快適でした。朝食は、数種類のパン類、ヨーグルト、フルーツ（バナナやりんごがそのまま提供）、暖かい飲み物程度の質素なものですが、ないよりは良かったです。 高速道路が近かったのか、夜通し車の音が気になりました。また、カーテンの遮光性も低く外の明かりも気になりました。 ホテルの品質的には中程度だと思いますが、送迎のドライバーの方がとにかくフレンドリーで良い人たちでした。たびの疲れも吹き飛ぶような明るい対応で、本当にありがたかったです。 」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The noise level from the room above us was unbearable and continued throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.」

「I requested a bus to take me to the plane the day before, but on the day of the flight I was told there was no driver. The front desk's response in the morning was terrible.」

「サービスはユースホステル並み。フロントデスクは部屋を間違えて既に客が寝ている部屋の鍵を渡し、待ってる客に声をかけず待たせスタッフ同士が雑談。ビジネスコーナのプリンターはまともに印刷しない。エレベーターはスカンクの匂いがした。総評として安かろう悪かろうの典型かと。部屋が広いこと、空港に近いことはプラス。」

「20歳の息子と2人で利用しようとして、先に息子をチェックインさせようとしたところ、21歳未満だから、チェックイン不可との対応をされました。事前にメールで、息子の名前を連絡していたにもかかわらずです。私のチェックインか深夜だったので、息子は別の場所に泊まりました。」
