The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.

The rooms are nice. View to singapore also good. Clean and comfortable. The owner said cannot find my phone#, it’s ?? The booking platform seems not good recently. One bath room only. All facility good.
