「The apartment was good except the checking in process. We reached out to the property host one day before checking in and the day of arrival, but we got no response at all. We tried several times and finally got the response. It took a hard time. The communication was poor.」

「Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.」

「Spacious living room. Tv remote not working could not on. Fan remote once turn off cant be turned back on unless off/on the switch. Dining table was not clean underneath the dining mat, sticky residue uncleaned. Shower rack to place toiletries was very rusty. Bed was ok and room comfortable enough to sleep. Price at this homestay unit cheaper than others. Don't expect much then is ok to stay」
