Fantastic Country Estate with Pool, Garden, Terrace, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi

  • On the outskirts of the town of Artà, the Finca Can Siurell is located on a 10,000 m² property, which boasts an extensive olive grove exuding Mediterranean charm. Across 150 m² of living space, the country home offers a comfortable living/dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed for 2 persons) and 2 bathrooms. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The table on the covered terrace invites you to enjoy freshly grilled meals with a glass of wine. Relax in the hammock and let your gaze wander over the garden with its wide lawn and Mediterranean vegetation. The absolute highlight is the 40 m² pool, whose area is equipped with sun loungers, sunshades and a ping-pong table. Spend a relaxing holiday in this oasis of well-being and leave the worries of everyday life behind you! A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within 1.3 km in Artà and the enchanting beaches and bays of the east coast are 12-20 km away from the accommodation.

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
