Hidden Gem!

This place is not too far from SLO/Pizmo Beach. We stayed there to attend our son's graduation from SLO and the place offered exactly what we were looking for: quiet, privacy, awesome views, yet closeness to all the action when we wanted. In addition, it was easy to find reservations in nice restaurants around the charming town of Arroyo Grande. The host was super responsive to our needs, answering our questions about the property and surroundings. If I plan a trip to this area again, I will certainly go back!

Great location, communication and security could be better

The location was a perfect halfway point between San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria, with a beautiful view and a nicely laid out property. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the view and lots of nice outdoor furniture. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the space was extremely clean. Communication with the property manager could have been better, emails were not quickly responded to and we were told that they were out of town which is why it took a while. But who doesn't take their phone with them everywhere they go? Also we were never provided a key to the property, so we could not lock it when we left. That worked out okay because we didn't have anything valuable but if we had brought computers or other valuables that would have been an issue for me. Overall I would stay here again but I would recommend that they pay more attention to messages and provide a key to the house for their guests. Thank you for a nice stay.
