10/10 Excellent

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the games and drinks available in the lobby/lounge. We loved the gazebos and fire pits. We loved how everything felt newly renovated and clean. We loved the faux grass on our balcony. Loved the unlimited mini putt included at the nearby fun park. Loved the free parking. But most of all we absolutely loved the beach right outside our room! We would spend hours beach combing every morning during low tide and then swimming during high tide in the afternoon. The water was always warm and stayed shallow for a great distance which was ideal for the kids. Great location for families!"

"The location is the best part of this hotel because it is on the beach. The lobby is nice and the room was fine. I would say the biggest negative is that the bathroom is rather small. We also tried to use the pool area but there were so many children splashing and shrieking that it was a miserable experience"

Coast Bastion Hotel

"The only real amenity was the weight room with the attached sauna room we used. There are three conference rooms available including a reading nook with free water, and the staff were kind enough to put out a lemonade dispenser as well. (Very good!) We stayed for a week there and my family sang praises of it the whole time. The underground parking can be tricky later in the evening to find available stalls. Especially if there is an ongoing open market fare. I can't sing enough praises about the staff; very helpful, professional and friendly."
