"We were blown away by the property. We simply didn't expect it to be so nice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The walk into town is a bit long, but the weather was nice and we didn't mind. The only thing we were underwhelmed with was that when we asked to use the outside jacuzzi, a member of staff went to open it, checked the water temperature, told us that was going to be "not very hot" but didn't hear the water so we used it with lukewarm water, which isn't great. Breakfast is brilliant, the room pristine and welcoming. Love the bar with the great juke box!"

"Easy check in. Room very clean, simple, clean linen, well taken care of room, welcoming. Breakfast was great, fresh bread each morning. Wish they had given us box of Kleenex, rather than having to use toilet paper to blow your nose. Refrigerator good size, could have been colder. Otherwise, great place to stay!!"

"Best host ever. SOOOO KIND.Perfectly, in the middle of nowhere away from the noise and peaceful with cowbells in the distance. Take your food with you. There are no stores or pharmacies near and the drive to the chalet is treacherous with switchbacks. The restaurant Griselda? had wonderful owners and staff and is 5 minutes by car. The polenta with chicken was my favorite.The Lake Arpy hike is easy and beautiful. The other hikes range from flat to challenging.Take shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also, a hair dryer if need. Enjoy!!!!"
