Exceptional Guest House

The Blue Sky Guest House isn't just excellent, it is exceptional! A huge thank-you therefore to Adrian, Gill, Andrew & Jackie for making our stay so memorable. Apart from anything else it's the only guest house I've ever stayed in with fresh oysters on the dinner menu. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing quiet and relaxing stay. I was disappointed in the end where I felt like we were rushed for check out, as upon arriving in our room found that the room had already been stripped by the housekeeper and our bags were still in the room. Please allow your guests to proceed to check out in a timely manner. Thank you.

Un bel endroit au bout du monde. Grande chambre moderne. Salle de bains avec fenêtre, douche avec douchette. Excellent petit déjeuner. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. Superbe bar. Personnel très sympathique.

Good overnight stop

The guest house is fine with an excellent restaurant. Arniston has little to offer a tourist. If you are placed in the room next to the workroom/ kitchen there will be considerable noise at night and early morning. The patio is shared with others and the pool is very tiny.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst empfangen. Das Personal ist liebenswürdig und hilft bei allen Belangen weiter. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und modern gestaltet. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Speisekarte des Abendessens ist zwar überschaubar aber das Essen sehr große Klasse. Besonders vom Butter Chicken waren wir sehr begeistert. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieser Unterkunft übernachten und waren von unserem Aufenthalt rundum begeistert.

Sehr sicherer, ruhiger, sauberer Ort und Hotel.

Adrian als Besitzer u. Gastgeber ist mit Leib u. Seele ganztags für seine Gäste da. Er bietet eine ausgezeichnete Küche. Es war schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht in der sehr gepflegten, luxuriösen Unterkunft blieben. Für uns die schönste auf der Garden Route.

Another gem of a find.

As we wanted to visit Cape Agulhas, Arneston was very convenient for our overnight stay AND Blue Sky didn't disappoint. More like a boutique hotel rather than a B&B!

Etwas frühere Anreise war kein Problem. Die Gastgeber begrüßten uns sehr herzlich und zeigten uns gleich alles. Adrian, der Herr des Hauses, ist ein sehr geselliger Mann. Er zeigte uns per Jeep den Ort und führte uns zu einer Höhle am Strand. Dort gab es fang frische Austern. Abends haben wir an der hauseigenen Bar gesessen und dann im ebenfalls hauseigenem Restaurant gegessen. Alles perfekt. Danke
