"A beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was excellent great size and well kept. Can't fault anything. When we booked we seen it had a pool to later find out it only operates in certain times of the year. Thought October would be fine. Slight dissapointment but would definitely recommend"

"Location unbeatable. Room and public spaces were great. I planned trip to arrive a bit after 3pm check-in time. The room was not ready. Told me to tour the monastery or sit in lounge bar. This I wasn’t expecting after a busy, hot morning in Fatima. They comped me a glass of rosé. Were very attentive after that. The night /early morning guard was a sweetheart. They arranged for a bagged breakfast for my early departure to Lisbon airport. Fresh water and coffee/tea machine in the room were much appreciated!! Thank you Lis de Batalha Lui and staff!"
