The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. "This by far the worst stay I ever had. I ended up the next day at a chiropractor office due to the worst night of sleep on the worst mattress. I left the hotel after the first night of 3 nights reservations. The room is slightly larger than a standard appartment bathroom. Barely could move around. The pillows were decorating pillows that kept moving around. No elevator to carry luggage upstairs.
