Whether you plan to hike the trails, ski, snow-tube, fish, or just chill out amid the privacy and seclusion of 55 woodland acres, you’ll love this riverfront cottage. Experience the ultimate relaxation, with both a hot tub and sauna. Your family/friend group will love gathering, grilling, and dining on the large patio and making memories around the fire table. Play your choice of 20 games on the arcade console. You’re just a 4-min drive to Hwy 11, providing easy access. You have access to everything in the home except garage and the basement. The hosts will on occasion need to access these areas for maintenance purposes and there are staff available on the property during your stay.

Self-check-in is available with digital keypad.

A large parking area with space for up to 6 vehicles is available.

The cottage is close to Highway 11 (4-min drive), providing quick access for overnight stays. You have access to everything in the home except garage and the basement. The hosts will on occasion need to access these areas for maintenance purposes and there are staff available on the property during your stay.

The cottage is close to Highway 11 (4-min drive), providing quick access for overnight stays. We are close by and will be available during your stay via the Airbnb platform, phone, text or email. A security camera is installed at the entrance gate to the property.

No parties permitted per Airbnb regulations.

No pets permitted.

Should you wish to bring a larger group, you’ll find 3 additional spaces on the property available to book. Other guests may book these spaces during your stay and may share the swimming raft and trails; however, the spaces are far enough from the cottage to ensure your full privacy. A Tiny House is visible from the cottage and is 50 meters away, while a treehouse is far away from the cottage.

Main floor, including living-room, dining-room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and patio, is wheelchair accessible.

The roads into the property are well plowed but require good winter tires or all-wheel-drive to access the property during winter months because of steep hills. Another option is to stop at the entrance parking area, and host will transport you and your gear to the cottage.

Weekend Wedding Stay
We needed a place to stay with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for a nearby wedding. This property looked perfect from the ad and did not disappoint when we arrived. The check-in was simple and the property clean and well equipped. The place definitely has a cottage feel (which is what we were looking for) but had all the comforts you'd want. There is a very large covered deck with a hot tub, fire table and a small sauna as well as a BBQ, hammock and nice swing chairs. Unfortunately we had unseasonably poor weather while we were there (rain and cold) so we didn't have the opportunity to use the outdoor facilities but everything looked in good shape and I'm sure would be great on a nice, dry day. Fortunately they had a fun electronic tabletop game that we enjoyed playing things like Yahtzee, Operation and Trivial Pursuit for lots of laughs over a bottle or two of wine. Not tons of indoor seating if you have a larger party that gets stuck inside due to bad weather and the driveway in might be interesting on a snowy day, but it worked perfectly for what we needed it for.

Quiet getaway in the woods
Beautiful home style cottage with all luxuries of home ( hot tub, sauna, BBQ, AC, TV, Comfort) trails to walk, small winding river to canoe / kayak. Few other cozy rentals on the property ( mini house, tree house, trailer) but you each have your own space. For us it was a central location for our many adventures! But still found time to enjoy the cottage in the woods as well

Amazing Summer Getaway
We came here in August for a few days with four young children, and we all had a great time! The cottage had so many thoughtful extras (hot tub, sauna, fire table, Infinity games table, kayak etc.) which made our stay so exciting! We made wonderful memories at this cottage. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Quick cottage country getaway
The property was lovely, lots of places to explore & enjoy. The cottage was clean with good amenities. The owner was very nice and provided us with fresh eggs from the chickens who lived on the property! The listing on VRBO did not mention that the property had multiple cottages for rent and that the owner lived on site. Not an issue at all, but would have been good to know.

Incredible Riverside Winter Wonderland!!
What can we say about this getaway, other than it totally exceeded all of our expectations! Not only are Anguel and Brista some of the nicest and most accomadating hosts, but their place is spectacular! The property really is so peaceful and beautiful. We were fortunite enough to have quite the snowfall during our visit, about 14 inches of snow. We were all very entertained by the infinity table and pinball machine, super relaxed from the hottub, and loved how comfortable the couch and beds were. We will definitely be back next year, and highly encourage others to check it out !

Everything was as nice as it seemed. It was a great stay. I would've liked instructions to using the many features of the place, i know the owner is very responsive and probably would've helped if I'd asked, but i didn't want to ask. Lovely place.

Relaxing and beautiful
We had a wonderful weekend of relaxation and rest. The property is quiet, the forest is beautiful, the river is relaxing, and the "cabin" is fully functional and comfortable. It was perfect for my husband and I, but we could have easily brought the whole family.

Snow-Covered Pine Tree Retreat with Beautiful River View (and my whole family)
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Timber Frame Cottage, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The cottage was surrounded by tall, beautiful pine trees covered in snow, which made it feel like a true winter wonderland. One of the best features of the cottage was the stunning view of the river, which was visible from the porch. Every morning, I woke up to the peaceful sound of the flowing water and the breathtaking vista of the snow-covered landscape. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. I was also thrilled to be able to bring my whole family, including my wife, my 17-year-old daughter, my dog, and my little kitten, on this trip. The cottage was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating to our furry friends. Overall, I highly recommend this space for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy some quality time in nature with their loved ones. Escape to secluded cabin
A wonderful getaway! The cabin was surrounded by a beautiful walking trail and creek. The cabin was clean and cozy; the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend it as a family and friends getaway. Angel was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
