"This place is a trap. The pictures do not represent the state of the facility at all. There is no palapa in the common area. the place is run down and falling apart. There is no AC in the rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms. I stayed here for 4 of the 6 nights that I booked, and told myself that I enjoy camping and this was a step above camping. Then a storm came through and I had water pouring into my room in all areas of my room. This feels like an abandoned hotel that someone found a way to get power to, and started renting rooms out. The lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very pleasant. They did call the owner for me and the owner made zero effort to make this right. I also reached out to Hotels.com and they offered zero help or support. I asked them to investigate the place and I do not get the impression that they will. The view is amazing if you get an ocean front room. Bring a tent to set up and your cleaning supplies though. The pictures don't do it justice of how bad this place is. I wish I could post the videos I took. "

"The property was listed as being on the beach but it was not on the beach and we were told by the lady who let us in that the only access was down the road. It would be about an10 minute walk. No view of the beach. Also the property was listed at pascuales and it was not at pascuales it was in a town call el real. The pictures showed a tv there were not any there. When I sent a text to the owner he responded very rudely asking me why I had been smoking. "
