You will love spending time outdoors on this awesome flat lot, there is a large yard for kids to play. Enjoy a game of badminton or corn hole with your friends and family! This property has an easy walk down to the dock, where you can swim off the swim pier, or explore the lake in the kayaks (2 kayaks for guest's use).  

Sleeps 10 in beds, Maximum occupancy 12.

This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum.

Great private dock with swim pier. 2 boat slips available for the guests' use.

** NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
