Butler Branch Point - Located on a private point! Pet-friendly!

  • "Butler Branch Point" property - Beautiful lake home located in Arley, Alabama. Located on a private point, gorgeous spot on the lake, conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina. You will love spending time outdoors on this awesome flat lot, there is a large yard for kids to play. Enjoy a game of badminton or corn hole with your friends and family! This property has an easy walk down to the dock, where you can swim or fish off the swim pier.

    Sleeps 10 in beds, Maximum occupancy 12.

    Bedroom Layout:

    Bedroom 1: King size bed - main level

    Bedroom 2: Four twin size beds - second floor

    Bedroom 3: Full size bed - second floor

    Bedroom 4: King size bed - second floor

    This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $25/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee. 2 dogs maximum.

    Great private dock with swim pier. 2 boat slips available for the guests' use. Power on the dock, but it can be turned off if the guests desire.

    ** NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

    ** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE
