The house features an open floor plan with the kitchen, den and living area all combined. Large deck overlooking the lake for you to enjoy the beauty of a Smith Lake sunset. The dining room seats 8 and 4 more can sit at the kitchen bar.

This house has a gorgeous scenic view of the lake! It is an easy walk to the dock, on a gently sloping sidewalk. Boat ramp on the property! Put your boat in conveniently at the house!

The private dock has 1 boat slip with boat lift available for the renter's use. Lily pad floatation mat for guests use. Yearround water. There is an extra level of safety at the dock provided by DC power and Solar Power on the dock.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
