Detached house (120 m²) with enclosed grounds (160 m²) and open grounds, within the ramparts of the fortified castle of a picturesque village on the banks of the Loire. The village of Arlempdes (altitude 870 m) is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.

FISHING ACTIVITY: fishing in 1st category rivers (Loire and tributaries), "no kill" course possible, information from the owner.

To see: remains of the first castle of the Loire, village of Arlempdes (classified as the most beautiful village in France), Le Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc (birth of the Loire), Auberge Rouge de Peyrebeille and its history, waterfall la Beaume, the city of Puy-en-Velay (old town, cathedral, Statue Notre Dame de France, the chapel Saint-Michel). Markets: Monday in Costaros (7km), Tuesday in Landos (7km), Wednesday in Coucouron, Thursday in Yssingeaux and Saturday in Puy-en-Velay (place du Plot, 25km) This cottage is located at the southern tip of Auvergne and a few kilometers from Ardèche and Lozère.

We renovated it carefully at the beginning of 2017, respecting its original character.

On the ground floor: living room with fireplace, large living room (TV) opening onto a covered terrace with American kitchen.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with mezzanine (2 double beds).

Garden level: 2 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 baby bed), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets.

Baby equipment: high chair, bed, toilet reducer....

Supplement per animal: €30
Single bed sheets / Double bed sheets / Towels / Household linen: €15.
Wood for the fireplace: €3 per load (1st fire free)

Included in the price: end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied, the bins and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen gathered in the same place, and the toilets must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable and reasonable consumption.
