"Very friendly and down to earth. They were helpful with places to eat, stores close by and even had a binder with a breakdown of everything. Place was exactly as it was described. Very pleased and exactly what we needed.Thank you Dave and Terry!"

"The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. The lighting could be improved throughout the house. With 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of seating for dining-note the two tables are in separate rooms. The furniture throughout is adequate. Plenty of seating in the LR and porch areas. The house was clean - if you have high expectations please remember this is a house in a rural & forested area, there will be spiders. We only saw a few. The location is really cool - very quiet, lots of stars. nearest Wegmans & Walmart is about 25 mins, and about 10 mins to DG. Beds were comfortable, water pressure & hot water was good. Plenty of linens/towels available. Great host - responsive & friendly. Even with an extra-busy weekend we did not hear other guests. Would definitely recommend to family & friends and would like to stay again if we are in the area."
