Accueil très agréable mais qu'en espagnol. L'appartement au 3ieme est grand avec une grande terrasse surplombant les alentours. Les lits sont confortables.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Ariany. La maison est propre et équipée d'une belle terrasse qui permet de passer les soirées dehors. Francis est très accueillante.

The location of the accommodation couldn't be better. Right next to fields full of sheep in the small town of Ariany - which serves as a great base to explore the island. The accom. has plenty of free parking & is up several flights of stairs - there is no lift. Like many Airbnb properties it could do with some updating. Many of the doors have difficulty shutting, there has been water damage to the sofa at some point in the past & there are several broken/cracked tiles. We managed to operate the oven after a bit of trial & error - the dial settings have all rubbed away. The microwave stopped working partway through but was replaced promptly by the owner. Be aware that there is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night when staying in Mallorca & you pay extra for electricity (including aircon usage) It worked out at roughly €8 for the week we stayed there. Woul definitely stay in Ariany again - the whole area is beautiful

FANTASTICA EXPERIENCIA

Apartamento muy bien equipado; trato de lujo con la anfitriona; ubicación en un pueblo para tener tranquilidad total, y con muy buena comunicación con el resto de la isla. Para nuestra estancia de 2 semanas, ha sido ideal. Ojala el futuro, nos permita repetir estancia.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist sehr ruhig in der Umgebung und die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon ist toll. Auch die Vermieterin Francis ist sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, alles in der Wohnung zu zeigen und zu erklären. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Francis est super gentille. Idéalement situé pour visiter toutes les côtes de l'île. Une bonne terrasse où l'on peut faire un barbecue, une autre pour admirer la vue et prendre le petit dej. L'électricité est en supp pour la clim mais pas cher, même pas 20€ p10joursper

Ruhe und Erholung

Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Francis, die Vermieterin, ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Bereiche der Insel, Mietwagen vorausgesetzt. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Fijn appartement op goede locatie om het eiland te ontdekken.

Francis gaf ons een warm welkom. Appartement is beetje gedateerd, maar heel schoon en ruim voor 2 personen. Super mooi uitzicht en fijn dakterras. Verder is alles aanwezig. Plek is heel fijn gelegen om het eiland te ontdekken. Aanrader voor deze prijs.

Très agréable

Accueil top, Francis est une femme très agréable et enjouée. Petite attention très appréciée pour notre couple d'amoureux. Le village est bien situé pour rayonner à travers l'île. Café sur la place centrale très sympa, restaurant à l'entrée du village. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Wohnen im Mallorquinischem Stil

Helle Wohnung mit angenehmem Zuschnitt. Blick über Felder und Olivenhaine bis zu den Bergen. Guter Standort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, besonders in die Berge im Norden. Einrichtung allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, daher Bett und Sofa nicht sehr bequem. Im Sommer hätten wir uns eher auf dem Balkon vor oder hinter der Wohnung aufgehalten. Francis die Vermietern sehr um uns bemüht und freundlich.

A wonderful time!

We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. We especially loved the views from the two balconies and Francis's original paintings.
