Welcome to this villa, a extraordinary two-storey house for 8 people with an infinity pool, located in a completly private environment on the outskirts of Ariany.
The great green garden of this finca is wonderful, although the real protagonist is the amazing salted infinity pool which sizes no less than 12 x 4 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 metres. Take a swim while admiring the views to the fields and the mountains that will leave you at a loss for words. There are up to 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The terrace, perfectly furnished to relax by a glass of wine, is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious barbecue, specially with your loved ones.

The house, featured with large and modern rooms, will bring peace to all your senses. The living and dining room, surrounded by large windows, is perfect for family chatting on the comfortable sofas while watching satellite TV. The kitchen is independent and the place for the family chef to create new recipes on the ceramic or the gas hob. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The main floor also offers a toilet and two bedrooms, both of them with a closet, access to the garden and an en-suite shower bathroom. One has a double bed and the other comes with two twin beds. Going upstairs you reach the third bedroom with two twin beds, a walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. There also is a large independent living room with a sofa and two more twin beds. The whole accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating.

If you want to fall in love with a little and charming rural village, Ariany is your place. It offers all basic services for an independent stay as a grocery shop and some good Mallorcan cuisine restaurants. The surroundings are perfect for hiking and biking throughout the fields. The nearest beach is in Son Serra de Marina, about 21 km away, and it is a family and peaceful beach. The beaches in Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia are more extensive and livelier.
