  • House 160 m2, on 2 levels on the ground floor. we find a large entrance, bathroom, wc the living room of 65m2 (kitchen sam living room) the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (8 sleeping) an enclosed garden of 250 adjoining with terrace, above ground pool (diam. 4m) in front of the house 2 shaded parking lots.
    the house is tastefully renovated, The proximity of Collioure, Spain and shops, the calm, the large volumes, the enclosed garden and the 2 parking spaces are the strong points.
