Nicht gefallen hat , das vier Tage kein Internet zur Verfügung stand , die Parkplätze meist durch Einheimische belegt waren, das TV zu klein war und nur Italienische Sender zur Verfügung standen , das Frühstück entsprach nicht der normalen internationalen Klasse. Eher Standart An den Sonn und Feiertagen ist das Hotel mit Leuten aus den Ortschaften sehr stark besucht ,offensichtlich können die Einheimischen den teuren Wein und Essen locker bezahlen . Wir leider nicht . Ich hoffe nur das meine Abbuchung der Hotelkosten von meiner Kontokarte funktioniert hat , denn dieses Teil von Kartenleser war auch defekt . Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder . Bonne étape au calme pour apprécier le lac de Côme

L'hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs de Argegno, belle vue sur le lac de Côme. Bon accueil, surclassement dans une suite.Bonne literie, mobilier un peu vieillot, beau point de vue depuis le balcon. Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité, bons produits. Restaurant réputé, bonne nourriture.Parking disponible. Endroit très calme.

Picturesque, but avoid during special events

This hotel is located in a very picturesque setting, and our room offered a beautiful view of the lake. The first night of our stay we enjoyed a most excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Quite romantic. However, we were not so fortunate the second night of our stay, as a wedding was taking place on the property in the afternoon and evening. The music was loud, the guests were too. Even sitting in our room, the noise was too much to bear. it did not quiet down until after midnight. Nonetheless, we would enjoy staying at this hotel again, and recommend it to others, but we will avoid ever doing so, if there is an event taking place during the dates we're in the area.

Mysigt ställe med charm o fantastisk utsikt

Det underbart, mysigt litet ställe med mkt charm, fantastisk mat och en otrolig utsik. Rummet var väldigt rena och fräscha o likaså toaletten. Det krävs dock att du har bil, om du inte vill traska hela vägen upp för den långa o galet branta backen. Har du bil är avstånden inte så långa, du tar dig när på fantastiska vägar både runt sjön men även till Schweiz. De har dock ingen luftkonditionering (vilket det står på nätet) men vi upplevde att det var inga problem, rummen var ändå svala, framförallt nattetid (slutet av juli).

Poor service, overcharged for meals and outdated.

We stayed for one night here and the rooms are very dated. The views were nice but you are very far from the lake. It's also difficult to find, as both our gps and google maps couldn't direct us there. Turns out we still had 2km hike to go until reaching it. In the morning, we were up at 7:30 and went down for breakfast and to check out at 8:00am. There was literally nobody working there yet. All doors were locked! We had to get out of there pretty quickly to make it to our next destination, so this was rather annoying, especially when not given a heads up. We also ate dinner there the night before that. When we asked for the bill, they said it would be charged to the room. Being trusting Canadians, we though nothing of it. Upon checkout, our bill for dinner was 20+ euros higher than what we actually ordered! The worst part is it is a different person on checkout with limited English, so we basically had to suck it up, pay it and chalk it up to a loss. I think it's worth looking into other hotels in this area instead, even if it costs a little more.

Location & Outlook great

Enjoyed our stay, great location if you have a car as we did. Very friendly helpful staff. Only criticism would be was very noisy upstairs in room - doors banging, voices loud & echoing. Enjoyed our meal in their restaurant - top class food.

Nice, inviting place.

A small family run hotel overlooking lake Como. Nicely remodeled old building, all modern fixtures. Short drive from the Swiss border (upon crossing which you would pay double for similar accommodations and triple for an espresso). Highly recommended.

Fantastisk utsikt

En charmigt boende uppe i bergen ovanför Argegno. Hotellet har en bra restaurang. Vi gick den gamla åsnestigen rakt ner till Argegno. det tog 20 minuter ner, men 45 minuter upp igen!

Super autentisk hotel, kanon god mad med super udsigt udover Comosøen. Lidt svært at finde og en lidt hård gåtur frem og tilbage fra søen! Der kommer mange lokale og spiser på restauranten, hvilken blot understreger kvaliteten.
