All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. Itā€™s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient. The area nearby thereā€™s really not much to do but just about a five or 10 minute walk and then youā€™re in the middle of everything. The breakfast is not so bad even though thereā€™s not a huge variety but the breakfast staff have also been very kind and helpful. I would not mind staying here again.

This hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good. My issue was the room we had was on the 2nd floor with an internal window. Directly outside was a bright light that left light streaming through the window all night. I told the front desk and they were completely dismissive. We ended up hanging our towels over the drapery rod to cut off the light.

Excelente opciĆ³n en el centro de Arequipa

El hotel es muy cĆ³modo y estĆ” muy bien ubicado, zona tranquila, se siente un poquito desolada por las noches, sin embargo no hemos tenido problemas para movernos. El servicio de primera, muy amables y agradables, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno buffet es genial, estamos muy felices.

Nice place to stay I got it for cheap. Staff was very good they spoke broken English. Room was spacious however it is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Plaza de armes is a short walk away.

Lindo y acogedor lugar

La atencion del personal fue la apropiada y cortez. El desayuno estubo muy bueno y acorde. Un poco descuidado con el mantenimiento del espacio sin embargo esto no impide el buen funcionamiento del establecimiento y es de facil correccion. En general es muy recomendable y pasamos unos dias muy agradables.

Bad roch die ganze Zeit (trotz Putzintervention) nach Kanalisation. War offenbar nicht zu beheben, mƶglicherweise baulich bedingt. Zimmer braucht dringen einen neuen Anstrich. Jetziger Zustand ist ā€œollā€. Bett war ok, allerdings deckte das Bettlaken die Matratze nicht vollstƤndig ab. Rezeptionistin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gute und zentrale Lage. Ruhig gelegen. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war ok im VerhƤltnis zum Preis.

La habitaciĆ³n que me asignaron era de drywall, se escuchaba todo el ruido del exterior, era una habitaciĆ³n muy frĆ­a. El hotel no se encuentra cerca a la plaza de armas (como a 6 cuadras aprox) las calles son poco iluminadas y transitadas. El desayuno no es el gran buffet es un desayuno bĆ”sico.

Bien, pero ruidoso

El Hotel es bueno y cĆ³modo. Lo Ćŗnico es que la habitaciĆ³n que nos tocĆ³ daba hacia la calle y se entraba todo el ruido de los carros y las personas. CĆ³mo saliamos temprano nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar, se valora esta parte, aunque era muy simple el sanduche.

I chose the Corregidor Hotel because of the picture that shows a huge window with the city view, but I didn't get what I was expecting. Although the hotel is quiet, the staff is welcoming and nice, and the buffet breakfast was very good on the third floor where you have a nice view of the surroundings.

The staff are very nice, I book a Suit, the room is ok, but is located next to the street, so is too noisy, when the sun rise the small room get hot by 7:00am, so since there is no AC, it is really impossible to be there comfortable, however I moved into another room (301 to 307) much better in terms of room temperature, but of course the room is no a suit... I have to request every date to have small towels...enough for three ...the breakfasts is good ...the staff tried to do the best ..
