「There was no one available to check me in. When someone came, they had "forgotten" about my reservation and then asked me if it was only one night. Acted bothered when I said it was 3 nights booked months prior. The fridge in the room was off and hot. No iron, not even a kettle for tea or coffee. They said I was the only one in the "castle" so I wondered in the kitchen and the OPENED rooms looking for a kettle only to realized I was NOT alone. The second night someone tried to open my door and...
