The 80 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, TV, washing machine, and dryer.



    Enjoy the private open terrace, perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The house is in the heart of Arenys de Mar, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and the train station. Arenys Port is also nearby, offering restaurants and water activities.



    Pets are not allowed. This accommodation is for families and workers or companies. Guests under 25 are not permitted. Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.



    The house is in a residential area where, according to municipal regulations, loud music and raised voices are not allowed after 22:00 (Friday and Saturday nights) and after 21:00 on other days. Please be considerate of neighbors to ensure a pleasant stay. Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted.
