Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming, air-conditioned, single-storey house with pool, sea and mountain views, 130 m² in size and sleeping up to 6 people to rent in Aregno. It comprises an attractive 67 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 3,000 m². Wifi available, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 67 m² living room with two sofas, TV, dining area and a working fireplace in winter.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two shower rooms with shower and WC
- A separate WC

For even more comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private swimming pool (10x4m²), unheated and secure

Je vais envoyer un message à l’agence de location pour justifier mes propos. Au fait, le jacuzzi n’existe plus ! Il serait honnête de réactualiser votre photo sur le site.
