Welcome to Zaturn Beach House, your modern 3-bedroom, 3-bath oasis on the Arecibo coast. This oceanfront villa sleeps up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and panoramic views of the Atlantic. Walk directly onto the sand and enjoy our private stretch of beach; lounge chairs are available by request. Amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and secure parking. Self check‑in is via lockbox—we'll send you the code before arrival. The home has lots of potential. However, it is lacking basic essentials that one would expect for over 300/night such as wash cloths, hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen, hand soap, a dish rack for drying dishes, foil/wrap and other standard kitchen items, shampoo, soap, etc. The hot tub was featured but was not working. On the plus side, there is a beautiful ocean view and beach access a block away. The house is in a neighborhood but we liked that although expect roosters crowing at daybreak.

This is an awesome house in a beautiful location. I visited with my wife and two kids for the week of Three Kings Day. The neighborhood left my kids a bag of candy (from the wise men) to celebrate the holiday and that night the street threw a block party. We went down to be a part of the festivities and the neighborhood was so happy to include us. We danced in the street to a live band playing salsa and meringue music while people bought us drinks and told us about the significance of the holiday. I wish I could give 10 stars to the host for an unforgettable experience. Oh and the beach is beautiful, not even a 2 minute walk to be on the sand. We love Puerto Rico!

Overall the place was great! Very clean and organized. All the rooms had AC which was amazing since PR is a hot place. One of the rooms has a nice bathroom but it’s fair to note that the shower has a clear floor-to-ceiling window that you can see through from outside. Also, the 3rd bathroom is on the top floor rooftop by itself so you have to take your things with you all the way upstairs or else you have to walk down in a towel. We also wished the water pressure in the showers was a little bit stronger, but wasn’t terrible. We did have hot water by the way. The neighborhood itself is not the prettiest but it was safe. The house has a covered private garage. If we had to communicate with the owner, we did it through the app and he was very responsive! We didn’t have time to use the jacuzzi upstairs but we uncovered it and it was clean. We also had towels available in every room.

Property is over a hour away from the airport in the country. There was only a drizzle of water coming from all faucets. We couldn't even bath! The bathroom smelled upon arrival and the neighborhood was really run down! Requested a refund but owner never replied

Vacation

The property is as advertised. Beautiful place. Close to dining and shopping areas. So much to see and do in the area. The neighborhood looks a little ruff but we had no issues while there. It has a secured garage. We loved the rooftop view. Over all a great experience.
