She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. "We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b"
