「Fantastic trips out to Loch Ness, Culloden, Inverness Walking history tour, wildlife boat trip from Cromarty, Aviemore, Dunrobin Castle and my favourite Skara Brae day trip on The Orkneys. Also saw The Northern Lights. Home inside is immaculate, fantastic views of Cromarty Firth and a nice pub down the road for an evening meal.」

Mark and Tamsin were fabulous hosts, the cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything from Lego for the kids, board games, tunnocks tea cakes, through to dishwasher tablets and art supplies. A truly beautiful location and a wonderful base to explore this wild landscape. Couldn’t recommend highly enough」

The accommodation was well suited to our needs. Saw Dolphins at the bank and all the must have essentials are easily available in the nearby shops including a decent Co-Op around the corner.」

「- Spacious and comfortable - Location was secluded and exactly what we were looking for - Hot tub was very enjoyable and a nice touch - Ann came round to check everything was ok with us, and got in touch beforehand to confirm bed arrangements. - May need a deep clean at some point especially with the insects in the summer with windows open but generally in good condition - clean sheets and towels, bathrooms clean and maintained well」
