Staying at Woodhill house was like a step back in time. We stayed in the coach house, 17th century! We walked into the village for supper. And had a great evening. Breakfast the next morning was so well done.

Very nice accommodation in Ardara. Host John is very nice and helpful recommending local sights worth visiting and restaurants worth eating at. Nancy’s restaurant was my personal favorite. This my second stay in two years. I would recommend to fellow travelers.

This was our favorite place we stayed during our week in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The grounds were beautiful overlooking a valley. Easy walk to the town center. John was such a great host and tended bar until we were finished. We loved our stay

Old world place which was really pleasant. Somewhat quirky but a very enjoyable stay. Easy walking distance to Ardara. Excellent breakfast. Bed was a little soft for me and water pressure rather poor. However, very friendly team making this a fun place to stay.

Nice quiet country setting . Spotlessly clean. Nice big room , comfortable bed and large bathroom. Welcoming helpful host. Good breakfast. A short 10 minute walk to Ardara town. Does not offer lunch or dinner.

Our stay at Woodhill House was very pleasant to experience an old manor house. It is good that houses like this one have found a modern use that enables them to be preserved for future generations.

Had a great time in the lounge bar. Left my husband there until midnight drinking and telling stories with owner John. The walled garden is beautiful and the views just amazing. Our room was large and comfy with amazing views. Great hospitality.

Charming old country house on beautiful property with gardens, situated just minutes walk from Ardara village. The house is an old period home and maybe in need of some upgrades here and there. But if you're into these kinds of residences, you'll love it. We were put in a room in the adjacent coach house, which was a put as the upstairs rooms in the house itself looked beautiful and we were the only people staying the night we were there. There is no dinner served, so you'll need to head down to Ardara to eat, but a great cooked breakfast awaits so. Cute little bar in the main front living room, tended to by the owner, a lovely Englishman who has been running the place since he and his wife acquired it in the 1980s. If you want a break from the corporate Hilton style hotel experience, this is well worth it.

Woodhill was a charming and comfortable place to stay despite being dated and in need of a bit of a makeover. The hotel breakfast was great and the location was fantastic with stunning views from our room. It was a pleasant 7 minute walk into the centre of Ardara where we had a great meal in Nancy's bar.

What an enchanting place with so much charm, heart and history. Walking the walled garden, sitting in the drawing room while having a couple of drinks from the bar and chatting with the owner, were our favourite things. A delicious breakfast before we left in the morning topped off a great experience. This is the type of charm you don’t find in big corporate hotels.

청결하고 친절하고 평소에 접하기힘든 아일랜드의 오래된 건물의 매력을 느낄수있었어요 난방도 잘되었고 순간온수기로 온수난도 전혀없었어요 수질이 매우좋았는데 석회질이 전혀 안느껴져서 샤워후 부드러운 머릿결을 느낄수있어서 좋았어요 그리고 아침식사는 제가 먹어본것중 최고로 맛있었어요 주문식이고 10~15분정도 기다린다른걸 알면 도움이 될거같아요 추천합니다~~

It an 11 minute walk in to the town. Very friendly and enjoyable stay. One thing to note there's no restaurant available at this present time.
