「Very nice house and garden, very calm. But very tight roads, what is difficult with a big car 」

「Pros: Il giardino ampio e curato, incantevole」

「Pros: De locatie, rust.」

「Very neat and new」

「Nice, central location. An easy walk to just about everywhere in town that you'd want to visit. The AC was great to come back to after the hot days. 」

「We had a wonderful week in the apartment! It’s a quiet neighbourhood up the hill with a view! Free parking is on the street. A great location to walk to the train for exploring 5 terre or walk to the nice restaurants in La Spezia. Alessandro was a great host!」

「It's an uphill coming out of the tunnel from the train station, just in case ur carrying a big luggage. Other than that everything is perfect.」

「The apartment itself was great. Nice rooms and nice bathrooms. The location in La Spezia was not great for using as a launch point to Cinque Terre. It was a 25 minute walk to the secondary train station and 15-25E for a cab depending on the time. Not much in terms of restaurants around the area either especially on a Sunday. To catch a taxi required an app (your taxi) which did help a bit. Nothing bad to say about the property otherwise」

「Very beautiful apartment close to center of La Spezia. Beware of the parking situation in La Spezia before you come as you cannot park at the apartment. Federica was amazing to work with for this reservation.」
