This apartment is located in a state-of-the-art residential complex, newly built in 2023. It is on the second floor, with elevator access.
The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with a large window overlooking the castle, furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV.
The same room also features a modern kitchen complete with all necessary utensils and amenities, including an induction stovetop, sink, and dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and an elegant dining area.
A washing machine and cleaning products are located in the central hallway separating the rooms.
The large and spacious double bedroom features a double bed, which can be separated into two single beds. There's also a crib and a television. A closet with hangers and a luggage rack provides excellent storage for clothes and travel items.
