「Excellent Hotel」

「Dreta is situated on a quiet street in the upper Halepa area 3 km from Chaniá downtown. But there’s Lidl a two minute walk away. 😀 And the city busses leave from just up the road. 「Lovely big space with a great terrace. Hot water is solar but has a heater if needed. Kitchen is quite well equipped although youre so close to so much good food, you won't need it. Washing machine is a total bonus. Parking isnt allowed directly outside but we had no problem parking in the next street after dropping off bags. Call the owner on arrival and you'll be inside 5 minutes later. We would absolutely stay again. 」

「スイート３部屋のみの施設ですが、ベネチアンハーバーに近い旧市街に位置し、駐車場もあるということでここを選びましたが、大正解でした。部屋（ロクサーヌ）には写真のとおりバスタブがついており、熱いお湯が勢いよく出てきたので、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。また、部屋には金庫、冷蔵庫（無料のミネラルウォーターが入っている）、スリッパ、バスローブなど必要なものはひととおり揃っています。 アレクサンドラさんには到着から出発まで本当にお世話になったうえ、お土産にオレンジまでいただき、本当に感謝しています。」

「George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.」

「A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. 「Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated...

「We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. 」
