We had a wonderful stay, good-sized rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Slept well, as the rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning, having a cup of tea and watching the world go by. Love that you are in the heart of the old town, and the place has so much charm. It was the perfect end to our travels in Crete

Eleni was great and very accommodating. She answered all our questions straight away and helped make our stay completely stress free. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent night's sleep. The hotel was in the old town on a quiet pedestrian street with a nice balcony, great to watch the world go by from.

When we booked our room at Consolato Boutique we had no idea of the vicinity to the amazing waterfront. We were a 2 minute walk from stunning restaurants and views of the lighthouse. Our balcony overlooked a quiet and friendly side street that did not allow vehicle traffic. The room itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the tv was huge. Everything was top notch. If we are ever back in Chania we would absolutely be back to the Consolato for our stay.

We had a perfect stay. The room was immaculate, stylish, and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and had a fantastic shower. The location was ideal, as it is right in the centre of the old town but on a quiet street near the port. Eleni is the perfect host - so friendly, warm, and responsive. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. Thank you!
