Welcome to your Up North escape in downtown Arcadia. Newly remodeled with a hot tub and fire pit, just a short walk to Lake Michigan. Enjoy Arcadia Days, July 4th, Golf Crystal Mountain, and day trips to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes.

"The house was a perfect location for an Arcadia golf trip. We did run into an issue and were locked out of the house for a bit. The key pad door to the 3 season room was simple and worked great. There is another door from that room to main house that was as issue. I realize we made the mistake of locking the door, but the handle on the inside worked whether the door was locked or not. We thought it was unlocked. I would think a lock box in the 3 season room would be beneficial as it seems that could easily happen. There was a lock box on the front door but it was inaccessible. When the maintenance guy, Spencer, got access to the lock box, none of the keys worked. I would review both of these situations with the owner. Otherwise a nice place to stay with easy access tot he golf courses!"

"This house completely blew away all of our expectations. The views are nothing short of unreal, and the house itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, and soaking in the hot tub under the stars was the ultimate way to unwind.It provided the perfect escape from the city, allowing us to slow down, relax, and create incredible memories together as a family. Every detail made our trip comfortable and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Arcadia, and we are already looking forward to coming back!"

"We loved this property! There was plenty of parking, every room was spacious, and the home was exceptionally clean. We especially enjoyed having the main living areas on the second floor, where the beautiful views of Lake Michigan could be appreciated throughout the day. Whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or dinner on the deck in the evening, it was the perfect place to take in the peaceful woods and stunning lake views.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated how organized and easy the rental process was. The management company provided a convenient online portal with arrival information, departure instructions, local details, and everything else we needed all in one place. The departure checklist was simple and straightforward, making the entire experience stress-free.It was a wonderful place for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again!"

"I Loved the little one bedroom we stayed in. It was comfortable and had a little kitchen. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna!The town is not big...but that's what we loved! We enjoyed dinner at the ketch22 and kayak to the lighthouse and sat on the beach until sunset. Absolutely wonderful way to spend our anniversary"
