Welcome to this warm and spacious villa, fully renovated in 2021, located just 5 minutes' walk from Plage Pereire, in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. Perfect for vacations with family or friends, it combines comfort, space and nature.

The Abatilles district of Arcachon, on France's southwest coast, is one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods, known for its peaceful residential atmosphere, natural surroundings and understated elegance.

An exceptional natural setting
Les Abatilles is nestled between the pine forest and the Atlantic Ocean, offering a calm, verdant living environment. The district is famous for its large villas surrounded by maritime pines, its shady streets and its almost “timeless” atmosphere.

The Abatilles spring
One of the district's most emblematic features is the Sainte-Anne des Abatilles spring, a natural mineral water discovered in 1923. It can be visited, and is still exploited today. It's a source of local pride and a great place for a stroll with a touch of history.

Close to Pereire beach
The neighborhood is very close to Plage Pereire, one of Arcachon's most beautiful beaches. Long, lined with lawns and a promenade, it's perfect for families, sports enthusiasts or those who simply want to relax with a superb view of the basin.

A chic, residential atmosphere
Les Abatilles, like the neighboring Moulleau district, attracts a more affluent clientele. It's a quiet, mainly residential area, with charming villas often used as second homes.

Local life and access
The neighborhood has a few small local shops, but above all remains a quiet place to live, well served by bike paths and footpaths that provide easy access to Arcachon town center or the beaches.

From Arcachon station, take bus line 3.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.

Belle maison, très bien équipée et bien placée (accès à la plage à pied en 5 min).Bon contact avec la conciergerie en amont et aval de la location.La semaine a été ternie par une facturation non discutée après le séjour d’attaches piscine pour un prix exorbitant (près de 90 pour des attaches que l’on peut trouver pour 3 dans le commerce…)
