「I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. 」
「we had a good experience at this hotel - with check in, out, our room was lovely, there is a mini kitchenette although we didnt use it was nice to have if needed. would recommend to friends. free parking. easy to get to downtown or to go elsewhere. 」
「The hotel’s rooms and public space was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was great, helpful and kind. Food was delicious and enjoyed coffee/tea all day. The only negative was the area around the hotel was a little rundown and parking spaces were narrow.」

The parking instruction was a bit confusing, but we managed to find spot for two nights. The free parking around the premise is not guaranteed, unless you arrive earlier. 」
