"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village.
They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"Did the job perfectly for stopping before going up to La clusaz. It’s small and functional but bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and everything was clean. Generally very good for the price "

"I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive.
However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised.
The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting.
I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well. "
