Wonderful staff. Poor air conditioning. Had to have room change but 2nd room's ac just as bad. Good breakfast. Good pool area. Average restaurant. We will stay here again but hope there improvements

quarto de frente da rua principal, segundo andar, sem acústica e fazia zoada dos carros passando, cortina nao vedava totalmente a claridade. Cafe da manha , durante 20 min tive que esperar o cafe, tinha terminado e nao tinha outro pronto, quando chegou tinha varias pessoas esperando e tornou a terminar, falta de preparo na cozinha.

Maravilhoso hospedagem

O hotel possui excelente localização, quarto espacoso, cama confortável, café da manhã com bastante variedade. Acredito que possam melhorar na acustica, pois o barulho do corredor, se escutava dentro do quarto. Tive a infelicidade do meu vaso sanitario estar entupido, mas prontamente resolveram.

Bom hotel na orla de Atalaia. Pontos de destaque as equipes de limpeza e do café da manhã, são excelentes, muito educados e extremamente ativos. café da manhã com variedades. Gostei muito. Pontos negativos estacionamento do hotel pequeno, acho que a fachada e os elevadores necessitam de uma reforma. Mais o hotel é de qualidade e muito bem localizado.

Boa estadia, com algumas ressalvas.

Instalações do quarto com cupim e muita poeira, não limpam os vidros (box e espelho), o espaço copa baby não é limpo e não possui água potável. Não há cafezinho de cortesia para chá da tarde. O berço oferecido para bebê estava muito sujo. A poltrona do quarto com a aspecto visível de sujeira, limpei com um lenço que ficou marrom. Acústica do quarto inexistente. Bom cafe da manhã, restaurante e piscina recem reformado e muito bonito e de bom gosto. Excelente. Cafe da manha no domingo com música instrumental ao vivo. Muito agradável. Lençol bom. Todos os funcionários simpáticos e educados.
