Café da manhã variado com muitas frutas e um serviço de omeleteria e tapiocaria sob demanda, quarto espaçoso com bom banheiro. Equipe do Hotel bem treinada, disponível e profissional. Os únicos pontos negativos são a quantidade de vagas no estacionamento, que quase sempre está lotado e o barulho da rua a noite, pois as janelas das varandas dos quartos não são a prova de ruído.

Hotel bem localizado, bom atendimento e café da manhã bem servido. Quarto confortável, com uma pequena varanda com vista para o mar. Alguns pontos negativos foram as toalhas de banho que passou da hora de serem trocadas pois estavam muito puidas e encartidas. Outro ponto negativo foi um dos elevadores q permaneceu parado para manutenção durante toda minha hospedagem

Primeiramente quero elogiar a simpatia e a cordialidade de todos os funcionários do hotel. Algumas coisas que não gostei no meu quarto (434): - o chuveiro está muito ruim. Cada pingo de água vai pra um lado diferente. - o ar condicionado é péssimo e não congela. Deixei no 18 graus o tempo todo e não gelou em momento algum. - não tem cobertor no quarto e tem que ir na recepção pedir. A coberta é bem fina. - o sinal da tv é ruim. Muitas vezes ficava travando os filmes. Aspecto positivo do quarto: - vista para o mar

Tivemos problema no check in (fui cobrada 200 reais para acomodar mais um hóspede), sendo que a minha reserva foi realizada para um quarto duplo ( ou seja, independente da quantidade de pessoas, o quarto duplo já contemplava o preço de 2 pessoas ), porém, mesmo assim, fiquei horas aguardando e ainda tive que pagar, ou então ficaria na rua. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente, e o café da manhã é impecável.
