Very nice room-immaculately clean! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant food was surprisingly delicious and plentiful for the price. Don’t use exterior of the building to judge how nice everything is inside.

Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.
