「We had a fantastic stay at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, Cesar at the front desk was exceptional. He graciously helped us get checked in early, provided excellent guidance on sightseeing in the area, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He also arranged for a bellboy to assist us — and even the bellboy spoke English and took the time to explain the hotel, restaurant offerings, and daily specials, which was very appreciated. 「歴史のある建物をホテルに改築した感じ。アンティークの店と一体化しており、ロビーはその中にある。朝食はメニューから選んでから調理スタッフが作ってくれ、出来立てのものが食べられる。チェーン店のホテルと違い、個人に寄り添った親切な対応をしてくれるので、旅行者には心強い。」

「Comfortable bed and many amenities, such as rooftop patio, coffeemaker, dishes and hotplate, refrigerator, fans, iron and ironing board. Staff responded quickly when I had a concern and resolved my request. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「ホテルを出るとすぐ歩行者天国の道となっていて、子連れには最高の立地。また部屋のテレビでYouTubeやNETFLIXが見れたのも、子連れにはありがたいポイントでした。 何より、清潔感がありおしゃれな内装。そして、併設されているレストランのお食事もとても美味しかったです。」

「セントロにも近く、朝食も問題なかったです。提携駐車場も思ったよるは近かったですが、事前に分かってると楽だったかも。」

「La cama es realmente cómoda! El hotel es bastante rústico al ser un lugar histórico pero con elementos que lo hacen algo moderno. Muy limpio. El desayuno lo sirven en una cafetería frente al hotel y no pudimos probarlo ya que duraron más de 40 minutos en prepararlo. Volveríamos a hospedarnos en Casa Brunella en especial por su cama. 」
