アクアティカ・ウォーターパーク周辺のホテル

「受付の方が親切でした。朝食も美味しかったです。WiFiが非常に遅いのですが、これは部屋によるのかもしれません。それ以外に問題はないです。」

「朝食が良かった」

「The staff was terrible no easy access to hotel. It was difficult to deal with hotel. Hotel is unhygienic and staff is very lazy bad customer service. Inwould never recommend it.」

「Lack of maintenance.」

「Some things in the room needed a quick repair after we checked in. However, start fixed it fairly quickly. Breakfast items were fewer, but very tasty and fulfilling. Staff were very helpful in everything, check in, late check-out, etc. Worth it.」

「Breakfast was fresh with many choices.」

「Some staffs work seriously and properly. But others are not good. They made big noise in the room next to reception. Room was clean, but telephone and towel aren’t prepared in advance. No hot shower. Location was good. It’s close to airport and some fast food restaurants. If you use bike taxi, you could go to some supermarkets. They’re so helpful to buy Daily necessaries and Souvenirs like Indian spices at a reasonable price. Maybe I would stay in this hotel if I have chance to stay Kolkata 1...

「Clean rooms」

「インドでは珍しく特に不満は感じなかった。」

「The room smelled moldy. The booking site said I paid for breakfast included but the hotel charged me for it. No hot water. Location is OK: near the bus station.」

「Could be cleaned and maintained better!!」

「サイトにあった場所とは違う場所でした。見つけた後も特に反応はなく。特に良くもなく悪くもないと言う感じでした。」

「Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. 」
