"Kitchen was not really a kitchen just a fridge sink and a hotplate and a few pans but we didn't use any of that anyway "

"The host was a rental agency, all was done electronically.The house is beautifully furnished the kitchen has everything you would need for a large crowd. Toilet tissue and tissues were skimpy we had to buy a supply for all of the bathrooms. A short walk to town and the beach, great location. Beds comfortable, so great they all had full bathrooms."

"This house is fabulous! Our multigenerational family of 12 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The house was spotless, check in could not have been easier, and beach access is close and convenient. I would say that I highly recommend this property, but I’m afraid that it’ll be so popular that we won’t be able to get it again. It’s a great place! "

"This beach house was very convenient to the beach and town. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a large pool in the backyard. All carpet needs to be replaced and furniture and bedding needs to be updated. The neighborhood is very beautiful with a lot of amenities. Parking is a bit tricky as there’s not a lot of room for multiple cars and you cannot park on the street. The community does offer parking up at the clubhouse. Great location to everything. "

"Duck is our favorite town in OBX and this house in Four Seasons was absolutely perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 young kids. Walking distance to the town and boardwalk and walking distance to the beach! House is gorgeous and well appointed with all you need. Great for a large group!"

"The house was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone had space but the common areas were large enough for congregation. Within walking distance of the beach and shops. The property manager was attentive and responded promptly when issues were reported. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"
