Their dedication and friendliness stood out in every interaction. The rooms were immaculate. Every corner sparkled. The cleaning team operates like magic: rooms refreshed daily, nothing overlooked, and even the small details—fresh towels, spotless surfaces, neatly arranged amenities—were handled impeccably. It felt like they take pride in excellence, not just duty. Service was consistently remarkable. Requests — big or small — were met promptly and cheerfully. The staff seemed to anticipate needs before I even voiced them. This level of care turned a mere stay into a deeply personal experience. To me, Cloud 7 is perfect balance: stylish and comfortable rooms, privacy and peace, with a heartbeat of warmth and human connection. They don’t just provide a service — they create a family atmosphere. If I were to rate the experience, I’d say: 10/10. Without hesitation, I’d return — and already miss the “family” I found there.

My stay at Cloud 7 Aqaba was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was clean and safe, the physical condition of the property left something to be desired. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and local amenities. The staff were always on hand to assist with any queries or requests, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. However, a few issues with the property itself detracted from the experience. The shower box door had a persistent leak, which was inconvenient and messy. Additionally, the dishwasher was not working, requiring manual cleaning of dishes. A couple of cabinets were also broken, which could have been easily fixed. Despite these minor drawbacks, Cloud 7 Aqaba remains a promising destination with great potential. With a few improvements to the property's maintenance, it could easily elevate its overall rating.

I had a lovely stay at Cloud 7 in Aqaba. The hotel was clean and located in the perfect area—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to the heart of the city’s culture. My room was comfortable and practical, with everything I needed. The staff were all friendly, and I especially want to thank the gentleman who helped me with my bag and guided me to my room—he went above and beyond in making me feel welcome and looked after, even helping me get familiar with the area. Would definitely stay again!
