The timeless cottage

The villa is essential and welcoming.
A large living room with kitchenette to show off the fireplace that can heat the colder evenings, or on hot summer evenings the air conditioning will make everything cooler and more pleasant. Special brick barbecue in the garden.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and in the lounge there is a comfortable sofa bed for two other adults. The second bedroom, without window, is used as a children's room with a practical bunk bed.
The front door is protected by an interview and the windows have comfortable armored shutters.
The house is nestled in the Pontine plain and is surrounded by a large, green garden where you can relax in a naturalistic context, savoring the slow passage of time and even simply lounging around. A gate opens onto a long driveway for exclusive use which leads to the villa. The brick barbecue makes the living room perfect, allowing you to enjoy meats and anything else in the open air and in total tranquility and privacy as the only visible home is our post at a hundred meters.
The house is located in a "strategic" area in my opinion and not only mine: it is possible to go to wonderful Rome, to the tourist and immortal capital in just half an hour by train and at the same time not to be absorbed by the frenzy of its traffic, smog , and typical noises of a metropolis because at the end of the day it will be the Pontine countryside with the sounds of nature to welcome and accompany the rest and sleep of our guests. Crickets and cicadas keep us company in the summer.
The "strategic" position also allows you to reach the picturesque Castelli Romani from where you can admire breathtaking sunsets where the sun melts into the sea on the horizon ... enjoying the famous "Porchetta di Ariccia".
Nonetheless we are bordering the Municipalities of Anzio and Nettuno (American Military Cemetery), which offer glimpses of the small fishing villages and at the same time have adapted to the times by modernizing the tourist ports with all their yachts and shops in style, and opening many clubs for nightlife. Even the international Montecassino is easily accessible to visit its Abbey and the Polish Military Cemetery.
In summer, it is almost a must to visit the wonderful Zoo Marine water park which is located behind the Castel Romano Outlet and the Cinecittà World amusement park which prides itself every year on new attractions and musical performances by well-known Italian and non-Italian artists.
For lovers of the sea and tanning the villa is not far from the beaches and bathing establishments of Tor San Lorenzo and Ardea which are easily accessible by car.
In the spring and at the end of October, the Landriana Gardens, a stone's throw from us, host for a few days a magical fair for lovers of nature, plants and flowers where exhibitors from all over Europe come together and mini themed courses are held, followed by experts in the field. From this year the butterflies have their "room". In the same spring period also Campoverde, not far away, welcomes everyone with open arms with another large agricultural fair that is getting bigger every year.
The neighboring area of the SS 148 Pontina is one of the most active in terms of shopping, including the Grande Centro Commerciale Aprilia2 and the new Esselunga which serves all those who move from Rome to the Lazio coast or reach and return from nearby Sabaudia.
