Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood in North Appleton, this home offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. As you enter the front door, you are immediately struck with a spacious and functional open floor plan. The living room is on the left while the dining room and kitchen are to the right. The living room flows into a large, master bedroom with backyard patio access. Also accessible through the living room is a hallway that has two additional bedrooms and a spacious full-bathroom. The mudroom/laundry room and second full-bath are located down a small hallway off the kitchen and/or large master bedroom! We think you will fall in love with this space!

Two bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, third bedroom has two queen beds, and fourth small bedroom/mudroom has a twin bed to sleep 9 guests! There is ample closet space for short or long-term stays. There is a gas grill for your convenience. Grilling can be done on back patio or in driveway, whichever you prefer!

Perfect for our family

We had a wonderful experience here while visiting family in Appleton. The location was great for us: close to parks for the kiddos and downtown as well. All around excellent experience.

Great place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We come for the state pool tournament. This property works great for us, everyone gets their own bedroom and 2 bathrooms is an amazing option! Has everything we need to enjoy the weekend. Located in a guet neighborhood a great bonus as well

Between the beautiful house and the wonderful host, we had the perfect trip for our pool tournament. The house was clean, well stocked and super cozy. More then enough space to accommodate our group of five. Will be booking again next year!

Oshkosh get away.

We really enjoyed our stay in Appleton. The home was very clean, well appointed, and in a great location! We were attending the Oshkosh air show which was a very short commute from Appleton. We will definitely return to the home if it is available next year!

Beautifully updated home on a quiet residential street, conveniently located to downtown area, shopping and restaurants. This property was pristine. The decorating and cleanliness was 100%. LOTS of extra touches that most short-term rentals do not provide or think of. Nick the owner was very accommodating and his response time was so quick!! We would rent here again with no problem.

Immaculate home to rest while in Appleton

We booked this many months ago since our daughter's wedding venue (Hilton Paper Valley) blacked out this weekend until the NFL schedule was released. It turned out to not be a Packers home game weekend but we kept our reservation here. Good decision! We enjoyed our stay here. No issues. Nick is a fabulous host and gave us all the info we needed well in advance of our stay and check out. The furnishings are bright and comfortable. We would stay here again. Thanks!

The Best!

We have stayed in several rental properties in the Appleton area the past 2 years and this is the best! Three adults visiting family so stayed 10 nights. A wonderful place meeting all our needs—feels like home! Host Nick was great in answering my questions—easy to work with—checked in with us after arrival to ensure our needs were met. Nick remodeled the house interior with quality in mind—an open concept with large rooms—and everything works! Even has high speed internet! Beautiful home

Very spacious home ! Love the big kitchen table. We were in Appleton for a cheer competition and my daughter’s birthda . This home was perfect for people to come over and celebrate !!

Fantastic

We stayed at this property for one night before we flew out of the Appleton airport. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and only a few minutes away from the mall and restaurants. Our host made everything so easy. We will definitely stay here again.
